Thank you for choosing Keti’s Kitchen for your next family meal. Below are some frequently asked questions. If you cannot find the answer below, please reach out to us at KetisKitchen@gmail.com

When is the order cut-off?

At the moment we only offer meal delivery once a week, on Wednesdays. Order cut off is Monday of the same week. We can’t make changes to the meal after the cut-off, please indicate any dietary restrictions or preferences by emailing us at ketiskitchen@gmail.com. Once the order is placed, you will be added to our e-mail distribution list and will receive updates on the delivery.

What is included in one family meal?

Family meal serves 4 (although the feedback from our customers says that there is enough food for 5 people) and includes a main dish, side dish, salad, and a little something for the lunch box, or to enjoy as a treat after or with dinner.

What is included in the meal for 2?

Meal for 2 includes same 4 items as the family meal – main, side, salad and lunch box item, but serves 2.

Do I need to cook any of the items?

All items are fully cooked the same day is small batches, requiring only warming up in the oven or stove top.

Are containers microwave or oven safe?

Most of the containers are NOT microwave or oven safe. Exceptions will be made for certain meal items (for example Potatoes Au Gratin) and those will be indicated on the packaging.  We use containers that are 100% made of recycled materials with less carbon footprint. They are not oven or microwave safe, but can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. We recommend moving the content to a pot or tray and warming the meal up in the oven at 350F for 6-8 minutes. 

Can I substitute the item in the set meal?

Since we are a small business, we can not make significant changes to the set meal. Please let us know if there are any allergies or dietary restrictions in the "add a note" section of the order form or via e-mail KetisKitchen@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate those. Moving forward we will be offering a few options for each of the menu items. Stay tuned for the menu updates!

Will you deliver my meal or can I pick it up?

Meals will be delivered on Wednesday by 5pm. You can also pick them up at our commercial kitchen location or email KetisKitchen@gmail.com for alternative pick up location in Old Greenwich.

How long do the meals last?

Most of the meals will last 5-7 days in the refrigerator and each meal will have a ‘best before” date on the packaging. Some of the menu items can be frozen. Check descriptions of each menu item.

Do you use organic ingredients?

We try to use as many organic ingredients as possible. Labeling on the packaging will have the details of every ingredient used. We always use all natural, antibiotic and hormone free meats. We never add sugar unless it’s a dessert or absolutely necessary in the recipe.

What about allergens?

All our meals are prepared at a commercial kitchen facility. We try to adhere to keep cross contamination to minimum, but we handle all different types of food, so can not guarantee 100% that food does not contain the traces of allergens.
