You Asked, We Answered

Thank you for choosing Keti’s Kitchen. We are a new business and still on a journey of figuring out our product offerings, thank you for being here! If you cannot find the answer below, please reach out to us at hello@KetisKitchen.com

Do you deliver or can I pick it up my order?

We deliver on Thursdays between 2-6pm. You can also pick up at our commercial kitchen location or email hello@KetisKitchen.com for alternative pick up location in Old Greenwich.

How do I warm up Khachapuri?

Our Khachapuris are baked on Thursdays and can be purchased then to enjoy the same day warmed up, refrigerate or freeze for up to 30 days.  Either way for it to be super delicious, Khachapuri needs to be warmed up until the cheese is gooey! For freshly baked one, it's 8-10 minutes at 350F, for frozen 20-25 minutes at 350F.

Do I need to cook any of the items?

All our food items are fully cooked in small batches, from scratch, using our well loved recipes, requiring only warming up in the oven or stove top.

Are containers microwave or oven safe?

Most of the containers are NOT microwave safe.  We try to use containers that are either 100% made of recycled materials with less carbon footprint or recyclable, with as little plastic as possible. Containers are refrigerator and freezer safe. Please follow the heating instructions on the individual food packaging.

Do you use organic ingredients?

We try to use as many organic ingredients as possible, as well as ingredients sources locally. Labeling on the packaging will have the details of every ingredient used. We always use all natural, antibiotic and hormone free meats. We never add sugar unless it’s a dessert or absolutely necessary in the recipe.

What about allergens?

All our food is prepared at a commercial kitchen facility. We try to adhere to keep cross contamination to minimum, but we handle all different types of food, so can not guarantee 100% that food does not contain the traces of allergens.
